The NICE Project is excited to open a call for a NICE Fellows Programme, providing funding opportunities for organisations looking to integrate and enhance nature-based solutions (NbS) for urban water management. This initiative, supported by Horizon 2020, offers €10,000–€30,000 in funding for selected fellows to test innovative NbS technologies and contribute to sustainable water treatment and management.

Who Can Apply?
The call is open to universities, local authorities, research institutions, and companies that have existing NbS infrastructure, such as constructed wetlands, green roofs, rain gardens, and vegetated walls. Selected fellows will have the opportunity to integrate NICE’s cutting-edge innovations, including sustainable adsorbents, bioelectroconductive materials, phytoremediation techniques, and forced aeration systems.
