The UrbanbyNature Scottish hub is meeting to dicuss flood issues. Dr Thorsten Balke, Reader in Physical Geography and Landscape Ecology at the University of Glasgow chairs the third webinar in the UrbanByNature Lunch and Learn series. We will focus on flood issues in urban and peri-urban areas, including a case study from the Scheldt catchment in Belgium.
We will hear from Prof. Stijn Temmerman from Antwerp University; Wendy Campbell, SEPA Place Lead/National Water Specialist; and Deryck Irving, Senior Innovation Fellow, Hydro Nation at the University of Stirling.
